How long does it take to get a book through the interlibrary loan service?
Waiting times vary depending on the supplying library, place of dispatch, and delivery method.
Requests are processed by the University libraries in the order in which they are received within 2 working days.
The user will be notified by phone or email when the book arrives at the library.
If you request a book through the interlibrary services and then fail to collect it or consult it in the library within the time frame communicated by the library staff, you will not be allowed to borrow other books for 20 days.
